Attendance Matters! 

Come to school every day! 

Our school-wide goal is 96% attendance! 

We have monthly awards and incentives for students with 100% attendance.

K-2

• Breakfast begins at 8:00 a.m. 
• Learning begins at 8:15 a.m. 
• Dismissal is at 2:10 p.m.

*Students arriving after 8:15 a.m. will be marked late.

Pre-K

• Arrival begins at 8:00 a.m. 
• Dismissal is at 2:10 p.m.

*Anyone picking up a student must have a photo ID

*Anyone picking up a student must be listed on their late dismissal.  Come to the office to add. 

PS 209 believes the most important homework you can do is read! 

Every child is required to read 30 minutes every night.

Students who complete their reading log every night receive awards and incentives! 

We love field trips!! 

Classes have multiple field trips per year! 

All students must have a signed permission slip to attend the trip.
